How do I return an item that doesn't fit or that I no longer want?Updated 3 months ago

If you need to return an item because it does not fit or you no longer want it, we are here to help. 

You can easily start your return process by creating a request in our returns center (https://rosegarnet.com/a/service). Please use the following link to enter our returns center and follow the instructions below to proceed with your return:

Once your return request is processed, follow the detailed instructions and refer to the necessary paperwork provided for returning the item. 

Here’s how to proceed:

1. Create a Return Request:
Please create a return request in our returns center using the link below (Note: Please be sure to include the full order number, including any letters, i.e.: 123456-rg):

2. Ship Your Items: 
Then you can ship your items to the address below:

3. Provide Tracking Information:

After shipping, please send us an update via email to [email protected] with the tracking number.

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will process a full refund. After the refund is approved, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your banking institution.

Please Note:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
