How do I track my order?Updated a month ago

To track your order:

  1. Enter your tracking number or your order number in the format #12345-rg along with your email address.

  2. Please note that using an incorrect format for order number may result in an "Order Not Found" error.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive another email. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can some time for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
